Diagnosing of oral fibro osseous lesions has become difficult because of similar features of these lesions. Thus, most oral and maxillofacial pathologists would agree that definitive diagnosis of a oral fibro osseous lesions requires correlation of the histologic appearance of the lesion with the clinical, radiographic, and intraoperative findings.
