We have intended this book to be as a first step in designing solid state devices for radio and microwave frequencies such as field effect and dipole transistors. However, we hope it will also be useful for students in electronics and physic courses and useful for researchers and engineers as a reference text. This book is focused in large on practical development work and publications in the field of components and functions of transistor circuits. In addition to redesigning some previous attempts to develop active devices circuits by assigning or replacing alternative transistors with proposed components and some physical modifications.
