This book is about transportation governance systems and specifically looking at to road reserve encroachment in Uganda. It looks at the governance systems of roads, the leaders and actors and the systems thereof. It explains the causes encroachment and how it can be stopped. The book recognizes that road side space utilization in cities is important because it creates orderliness and harmonious development of infrastructure.
